Sorry if there’s fitness spam lately I’m just blown away by how much eating raw foods has changed the way I look. I always tend to gain a bit of weight in release time/when there are a whole load of games out in one period (South Park, Titanfall, Dark Souls, Castlevania, Yaiba etc.) and I haven’t lost it any faster this time around, I just LOOK different. Like even though I’m still 2KG heavier than normal I definitely don’t look like I am. This is because I’m consistently eating fruit for breakfast and raw veggies for dinner (lunch is still generally cooked food or meat) and drinking only green tea and water, when I used to have cooked food for every meal and a lot more white tea or coffee.

Also yeah, chest is blurred because I didn’t want to get changed.
